A custom request becomes easier to review when the wording, layout choice, and customer approval are kept on one small card. Write the requested text exactly as received, then add a plain visual choice such as centered, left aligned, or icon plus name.

Send the card for approval before treating the request as ready for a sample. It helps separate what the customer asked for from what the maker has inferred, especially when a message arrives in several parts.

Keep the approved card with the order record and use it again if a revision is needed. Browse /updates/ for more small-shop process ideas.
