Personalized orders become risky when spelling, placement, and style changes are scattered across messages. Consolidate every requested revision into one short approval list before preparing the final artwork.

Use visible fields

Record the exact text, capitalization, font choice, placement description, artwork revision, and approval status. If the customer changes one field, issue a new version and keep the earlier approval as history rather than overwriting it.

Separate approval from production

A customer-approved mockup confirms content and layout intent; it does not prove a material outcome. Keep the material identity, sample decision, operating guidance, and final setup review as separate workshop gates.

This small distinction helps a seller explain whether a remake came from an artwork issue, a changed request, or a setup question. It also gives helpers one current source instead of several partial messages.
