A repeating pattern can look balanced on a flat screen and awkward when wrapped around an object. A removable paper mockup lets you review the visual rhythm before choosing an engraving setup.
Review the pattern away from the machine
Print or sketch the concept on paper and wrap it around the intended object at a separate design table. Turn the object slowly and look for an unexpectedly wide gap, an isolated motif or a crowded join. Mark the part of the pattern that should face the viewer first.
Photograph several views and note which motif belongs at each position. Keep this as a design reference, not a positioning fixture or a measurement of machine travel. Remove the paper and any temporary adhesive before a future approved machine setup.
Keep capability questions separate
AntBelt supports cylindrical engraving. A paper wrap does not establish rotary accessory compatibility, supported object dimensions or whether a particular surface is suitable. Confirm those details in the current project documentation before planning a test. If the design depends on exact wrap registration, record that requirement as an open question rather than promising a seamless result.
