A custom gift proof is easier to approve when it asks one clear question. Show the name, placement, or selected variation and state exactly what reply will confirm. A proof organizes a decision; it does not show that an item has already been produced.
Preserve the accepted version
Save the response beside the same artwork version that was shown. If the customer changes one detail, make a new version instead of assuming the earlier approval covers it. This gives a small shop a practical handoff record.
