During a pre-launch campaign, questions can be as valuable as announcements. A three-column log helps readers separate what is currently stated from what still needs confirmation.
Record source, answer, and status
For each question, save the exact official page or update used, summarize the answer in conservative language, and mark the status as stated, pending, or changed. Add a review date so an older note is not mistaken for current campaign information.
Keep pending details pending
Do not fill gaps with assumptions from images, comments, or unrelated products. Final configurations, availability, campaign terms, and other details should be read from the current official project materials.
Recheck before making a decision
Return to the campaign page before backing or sharing a summary. If the official source changes, update the log and preserve the earlier entry as history rather than silently overwriting it.
