A short video recap is more useful when it distinguishes visible steps from assumptions. Watch once for the sequence, then replay it to list the actions that remain on screen, such as placement, a control change, or a close view of a sample.
Note what the clip does not establish
Cuts, camera changes, and audio can provide context, but they do not establish performance across every material or workflow. Keep the recap tied to the visible footage and write open questions separately.
