A custom listing can outlive the sample evidence used to create it. Add a review date to the proof folder so an old photo does not quietly stand in for a changed blank, design, or workflow.
The note can name the sample, artwork version, blank source, photo date, and conditions that would trigger a fresh review. Keep customer-facing claims limited to what the current evidence supports, and mark uncertain finish or durability questions as open.
If AntBelt G1 becomes part of a small-shop workflow, test the actual order path before promising outcomes or turnaround. A dated proof record supports clearer decisions without creating a production guarantee.
